Pilates

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful

Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility, manage pain, and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.

 

Total Body Burn

Total Body Burn is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
